All payments must be made at the time of purchase using Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods supported by Stripe. No late payments are accepted.Refund Policy

Online Subscriptions: Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.Course Purchases: Some educational courses offered through MedBio Institute may be sold separately from subscription memberships. All course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.Refund Policy for Courses: All course purchases are final. Fees for individual courses are non-refundable, regardless of usage, access, or completion status. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.Event Tickets: Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. For rescheduled events, original tickets will be honored for the new date.Event Cancellation Policy: If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 21 days.
